Job Description
• Must have proven experience, troubleshooting skills, verifiable record of work experience in machine maintenance, Safe Work Environment, Safe Work Ethic, quality minded, exceptional attendance and work ethic.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Manufacturing environment repairing or maintaining equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain a safe Work Environment.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
Job Skills
• Exceptional attendance and work ethic with minimum of 1-year experience in a production environment running machinery with industrial maintenance experience required
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred
• Diagnostic/troubleshooting a Plus
• Preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical technical aptitude
• Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics
• Must supply own hand tools
• Previous experience working in a bakery facility or with baking equipment a plus
