Job Description

• Performs complex analysis, design and/or assembly related to manufacturing or industrial engineering projects.
• Develops, implements and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and conduct review of engineering drawings prior to release.
• Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
• Performs complex operational or methods analysis related to labor standards and reviews product/project flow data, equipment and labor requirements for use in conducting manufacturing operations, increasing productivity and reducing production unit cost.
• Evaluates engineering changes and/or other specification requirements and determines appropriate labor or equipment standards to meet specification requirements.
• Acts as a technical liaison with other engineering personnel such as program management, finance, design, quality, procurements, inspection and production.
• Investigates and analyzes unique or highly technical manufacturing or industrial engineering assignments and provides technical assistance in establishing operational procedures and methods.
• Performs technical surveillance of a complex nature in the control of product, design concepts and specification requirements.

Job Skills

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10-12 years experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of basic electronic and mechanical assembly principles.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply.
