Job Description
• Responsible for leading teams, comprised mainly of repair technicians providing repair and alteration services across the United States.
• Responsible for planning and leading efficient operations that meet the needs of the business. This person will be dynamic leader and will inspire the team’s commitment to our brand.
• Providing leadership to direct and indirect reports and influence others by setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable for them.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline at all levels, locations and positions.
• Identify talent gaps and execute plans to close them.
• Develop and maintain agile workforces that readily adapt to the changing needs and landscape of the business.
• Ensuring standards and goals are aligned with the Brand and company strategies and develop and maintain tools to monitor results.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure strategic direction is aligned and obstacles are removed in order to meet and exceed goals.
• Develop and maintain forecasting tools that provide insight into the immediate and long term needs of the business.
• Develop and execute profit and capital plans that meet the needs of the business while controlling costs.
• Ensure regulatory, occupational safety and Internal Audit compliance in all operations.
Job Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7-10 years management experience in a technical environment (automotive, IT, etc)
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact effectively with management
• Sound decision making skills
• Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
• Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
Preferred:
• Experience in jewelry, or related crafts, repair and/or manufacturing
