Job Description
• Mechanical design engineer for mixing equipment / systems.
• Design of mixing systems for reactors and process vessels in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and chemical industries.
• Need to be familiar with alloys and steels, reactor sealing systems, motor controls, PLCs, and safety interlock logic.
• Familiarity with types of welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Will work with customers and vendors to generate designs and estimate job costs.
Job Skills
• BS – Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with power transmissions, gear boxes, motors/drives, etc.
• Experience with BOMs, ERP systems and MS Excel..
