Job Description
- Use various measuring devices to accept, reject, or reevaluate defective or malfunctioning units.
- Inspect product to determine compliance with order specification and for conformity to specified standards.
- Make sound findings on the appropriate inspection method/equipment to be used for product acceptance.
- Test, measure and analyze electrical components.
- Inspect holes, thickness, markings, conductive pattern and confirm defect free pattern.
- Identify non-conforming product and its disposition.
- Ability to initiate and complete all quality related records and documents with minimal supervision.
- Report to team leader about production, quality and job status on a timely basis.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Job Skills
- IPC-610 Certification Required
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in PC Board inspection
- High School Diploma, Preferred Associates Degree
- Ability to operate PC Board Equipment, sit, stand, bend, reach and on occasion lift a maximum of 15 lbs.
