Job Description
- Create solid model parts and components using manufacturing data sheets and technical specifications
- Create solid model assembly drawings while working with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Prepare working drawings, wiring diagrams and other assemblies from sketches for production requirements
- Redraw old or revised drawings into a solid model assemblies and parts
- Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
Job Skills
- Associates degree or equivalent with emphasis in drafting techniques
- Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in design and drafting including 1-2 years CAD design and concepts
- Must be familiar with Autodesk inventor tools or other solid model skills design skills and chassis layout assembly
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
