Job Description
- Full responsibility for the overall inspection device calibration system.
- Manage the status and calibration of all identified inspection devices in use at Cox.
- Maintain all related data and records.
- Schedule all calibrations in line with due dates and production needs.
- Perform calibrations on standard mechanical and electrical devices, including simple adjustments and repairs.
- Arrange for and coordinate calibration services for all other devices.
- Ability to operate and maintain the Company’s calibration database.
- Ability to read, interpret and execute existing calibration instructions.
- Ability to perform simple adjustments and repairs on standard mechanical and electronic devices.
- Ability to revise and create calibration procedures for standard instruments.
- Ability to effectively interface with the Company’s procurement system and personnel.
Job Skills
- Secondary school level certificate in electronics or equivalent.
- Three to five years direct experience.
