Job Description
• Work in Motor Assembly Department, assemble and solder components according to specs, drawings, schematics and other paper work • Assemble motor gearboxes, electro mechanical assemblies, laminations, tooling and fixtures • Verify material coincides with parts lists • Select the correct tools and fixtures to be used on each job • Inspect completed motor assembly concurs with all specifications • All other tasks required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction
Job Skills
• High School Diploma or 10 years Motor/Mechanical manufacturing experience • Ability to assemble and solder components according to written work instructions and assembly drawings • Ability to read and understand engineering DWGS, processes and procedures, mechanical background is a plus • Soldering and working under a microscope: 3 years
