Job Description
• Maintains records of materials in Inventory and on order.
• Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
• Monitor and maintain current Inventory levels
• Perform physical count of Inventory and adjust the system as necessary
• Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
• Maintain and update Inventory database
• Ensure daily scheduled cycle counts are completed
• Re-stock items as necessary
• Organize stockroom to keep uniformity
• Assist in researching exceptions as requested
• Maintain confidentiality of Inventory records to authorized personnel
• Support projects as requested by management
• Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective Inventory management procedures
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Skills
• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• At least one year of related experience
• Must have knowledge of supplies, equipment and/or services ordering and Inventory control. Must possess database management skills.

• Must be PC literate and familiar with basic computer applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment. Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments.
• Must be able to manage work to deadlines
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
