• We are looking for an Administrator that is flexible and handle any admin type tasks.
• Ordering and managing office supplies
• Working with building for furniture needs, invoicing needs, etc.
• Working with conferences to sign up company to addend / for booth
• Editing reports or presentations
• Booking Travel
• Filing
• Mailing items
• Banking
• Answering the phone
• Setting up for conference calls
Job Skills
• Printing materials at Print shop
• Writing notes from marketing brainstorming meetings
• Conference preparation
• Publishing job descriptions on multiple websites
• Coordination interviews
• Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
20 hours a week, preferred hours are 10am-2pm, flexible.
