Job Description
• Under limited supervision, perform wiring, soldering and assembly operation on difficult and complex subassemblies, final assemblies and harnesses.
• Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, color codes, prints and bill of materials.
• Basic computer skills.
• SMT soldering with microscope.
• Ability to work to IPC Manufacturing Standards.
• Utilizing a high degree of proficiency, wire and solder various components within circuits
Job Skills
• High school or technical trade school graduate preferred, or training in military service.
• Minimum of five (5) years recent SMT soldering.
• IPC Certification preferred.
• Must be fluent in written English. Good interpersonal skills required to interface with various inter-departmental personnel.
• Must be knowledgeable and able to utilize all assembly tools such as soldering irons, pliers, cutters, etc.
