Job Description

• Lead / Manage proposal efforts and contribute to the proposal content
• Interface with all company disciplines gathering information in order to develop product proposals
• Coordinate proposal effort thru submittal as well as post submittal support
• Work with Material Control to develop a BOM from actual data for proposal use
• Develop complex pricing spreadsheets for proposals
• Oversee company sales representatives in terms of proposal follow up as well as overall business opportunities
• Develop relationships with key customers.
• First line technical company contact

Job Skills

• 3-5 years as a practicing engineer or Program Management Office expertise with experience to demonstrate capability to prepare proposals, with a record of success with a respected technology company.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
• Experience in space and aerospace related fields – A Definite Plus
• Driven, energetic, action –oriented, self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-Starter, willing to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capable of operating with minimum direct supervision
• Bachelor degree or higher in electrical Engineering and /or technical background and Program Management expertise
• Limited travel
