Job Description
- Ability to simulate, design and implement high power designs from 10 kHz to 10 GHz as well as analog circuitry for ancillary power amplifier functions.
- Follow the company design process fully.
- Write SCD’s to describe all engineering efforts.
- Simulate HV power amplifier designs in Agilent ADS.
- Draw schematics, BOM’s, PCB layouts, assembly drawings and test procedures for new designs.
- Test new designs to SCD.
- Participate in Critical Design Review process.
Job Skills
- Proficient in power amplifier thermal management.
- BSEE equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience in the power amplifier field.
- Ability to work with: Orcad schematic capture; Agilent ADS; Circad / OmniGlyph PCB Layout.
